As part of its strategic green manufacturing initiative, Taizhou Xunzhi Metal Products Co., Ltd. and its material processing facility, Taizhou Kangna Metal Products Co., Ltd., have completed full deployment of distributed photovoltaic (PV) systems. The two PV installations collectively generate approximately 900,000 kWh annually - sufficient to power all office operations at both facilities, with surplus energy allocated to EV charging stations and off-peak production equipment in processing workshops, achieving a clean energy transition.
The concurrently launched energy management platform establishes comprehensive production-cycle monitoring:

This system provides data-driven decision support for carbon reduction objectives.

Sorting Collection Units: Four dedicated copper powder recovery stations installed in processing workshops
Vacuum Conveyance System: Sealed pneumatic transport directly loads material into mobile storage tanks
Resource Regeneration: Recovered copper powder undergoes purification at Kangna Metal before being reintroduced as premium-grade raw material
